Systems that keep running after we leave.

We build the AI, design and growth systems. Then we train your team to run them without us.

Designed and built by us
Why we exist
Mission

Build the systems a company actually needs, and leave behind the people who can run them.

Vision

A market where good teams own their leverage instead of renting it back every quarter.

01

Proof before pitch

We build our own products first. Everything we sell is already running somewhere we own, with real users attached to it.

02

The 6 and the 8

The system is the 6. Your team's fluency is the 8. Most studios ship the first and invoice. We do not close until both hold.

03

Leave on purpose

Success is you not needing us. We hand over ownership, documentation and the reps to go with it, then stay only as long as you want us.

04

We run what we sell

The agents we install for you already run this studio. That is why a team this size ships at this volume. If it does not hold on our own work, we do not sell it.

Sound familiar?

Five leaks we see in almost every fast team. They are rarely a talent problem.

01

You bought the AI tools. Nobody on the team actually uses them.

02

Your content pipeline depends on one person who is about to burn out.

03

Your landing page does not look like the product you are proud of.

04

You have a growth budget and no idea which creators actually convert.

05

You want press, but you have a PR retainer and nothing to show for it.

More than two? That is the gap 6/8 Labs closes.

Six ways in.

Pick the leak, or hand us the whole system. Most engagements start with one and widen.

Systems

AI agents, installed into the business

We wire agents into how the company already runs: sales, support, content, research, ops. Not a chatbot bolted onto the homepage. Infrastructure the team touches every day, with a human approval layer where the stakes justify one.

  • Workflow audit
  • Agent architecture
  • Deployment
  • Human in the loop
  • Stack integration
Training

Teams that can run it

Every agent ships with the humans who can operate it. Hands-on workshops against your real workflows, not a seminar deck.

  • Live workshops
  • Playbooks
  • Office hours
  • Competency benchmarks
Design

Pages and product design

By the team that designed 6/8, Fieldwork and Next. The portfolio is live product, not a dribbble shot.

Growth

Creator-led distribution

KOL systems and community-led growth, backed by an index of 800+ scored tech creators. Applied well beyond crypto.

PR

Top-contributor distribution

Reach through builders and creators with real technical credibility, not a release blasted to a purchased list.

Advisory

AI strategy, before anything gets built

For leadership deciding what to do about AI at all. Where it actually pays back in your business, what to build against what to buy, which roles change, and what order to do it in. You leave with a costed roadmap you own, whether or not we build any of it.

  • Opportunity mapping
  • Build vs buy
  • Costed roadmap
  • Team and role impact
  • Fractional AI lead

How an engagement runs.

Four steps, in order. Steps two and three are the ones most studios treat as one.

01

Diagnose

Audit where AI, design or distribution is leaking value. You get the map whether or not we work together.

02 / the 6

Build the system

Ship the thing: the agent, the page, the campaign, the contributor list.

03 / the 8

Train the team

Install the fluency. Live workshops, playbooks and real reps against live work.

04

Compound

Hand off ownership. We stay only as far as you want us to, and no further.

Most studios stop at the 6. They ship the system and invoice you. We do not close an engagement until the 8 holds, which means your team runs what we built without us in the room.

Built in-house. Stress-tested live.

Every figure below comes from a system this studio runs, not a case study we were handed.

5Live properties shipped

Designed, built and operated by this studio.

800+Creators indexed and scored

119.4M combined reach across the Fieldwork index.

80,000+Readings taken on 6/8

97% reported accuracy, across 70+ countries.

10,800+KOL contacts segmented

A distribution database built across years of campaigns.

Three ways to work together.

Scope and price are set on the fit call, against what is actually leaking. There is no fixed floor.

Sprint

Fixed scope, two to four weeks. One system shipped: one agent, one page, or one campaign. For teams testing us with a single scoped win.

Scoped on fit call

Retainer

Most common

Ongoing. Systems evolve monthly, the training cadence stays live, and growth and PR run continuously. For teams that want the machine running, not just built.

Scoped on fit call

Embedded operator

Highest touch. We function as your fractional AI, growth or design operator from inside the company. For companies that want an operator installed, not advised.

Scoped on fit call

Who this is for.

We take on a small number of engagements at a time, so fit matters more than fee.

A good fit

  • Funded AI and tech teams with something already in market.
  • Founders who have outgrown doing it themselves.
  • Teams that want systems they will genuinely own.
  • Operators who will make the time to get fluent.

Not a fit

  • Teams wanting a cheap logo with no follow-through.
  • Teams not ready to change how they work day to day.
  • One-off requests with no real budget behind them.
  • Anyone who wants the deck more than the system.

We do not work with everyone. Apply and find out.

Apply

Questions we get asked.

We are a studio. We build our own products first, so the proof is live rather than promised. Fieldwork, 6/8 and Next are all ours, and all running.

No. We work with AI and tech-first teams generally. The deep web3 go-to-market experience comes from Fieldwork and carries over, but it is not a requirement.

Then we train them. We do not replace in-house teams, we make them faster. The training pillar exists precisely so the work does not depend on us staying.

Sprints ship in two to four weeks. The diagnose step usually takes the first few days, and you keep the audit regardless of what you decide after it.

Small on purpose, and heavily leveraged. The AI systems we install for clients run our own delivery first, so an operator plus the stack covers what used to need a bench of juniors. You are buying the systems and the judgement behind them, not billable hours.

There is no fixed floor. Scope is set on the fit call against what is actually leaking, which is why the form asks about budget rather than us publishing a number.

Contact

Start with a fit check.

Tell us what is leaking: the system, the team, the brand or the distribution. If there is a fit, we will say so quickly. If there is not, we will say that too.
